Testing Mutant GMC stability:

  * Shutdown Microtca chassis overnight
  * Power up 7 CoBos + mutant
  * calibrate both GMC and WSCA
  * unplug all modules except Mutant
  * plug in dummy Card (shown in figures below), no LVDS buffers, nothing on board except soldered oscilloscope probes.
  * dummy card sees a 100MHz GMC clock
  * perform jitter test. {{::mutant_gmc_jitter_report.pdf| See report}}. This report shows an out of spec mutant GMC clock.
