The file to be edited is in <DAQversion#>/gretClust/gretClustApp/src/DecompIF.C In this file, partway through that are a number of defines for the hole numbers for Q1-Q7. These need to be changed to reflect the correct hole positions. Then the DAQ codes needs to be recompiled (as user gretina, on dogs.gam), in the directory with the file, and two levels up (in the gretClust directory). Ask Mario/Heather for help if necessary.
