  - Remove CsI crystals **(56 out of 56)** (11/15)
       * Dismantle telescopes
       * Store E, dE detectors 
       * Unwrap CsI bundles
  - Remove as much filter paper as possible from CsI (using ethanol and plastic scraper) **(56 out of 56)**  (11/20)
  - Document damage (depth on front surface) **(56 out of 56)**
  - Detach photodiodes from each crystal (leave light guides on for now) **(56 out of 56)** (12/19)
  - Remove remaining filter paper and light guide paint **(56 out of 56)** (12/19)

       * Driven down/back
  - Sand sides of each crystal **(56 out of 56)** (3/14)
  - Design and assemble lapping setup (4/14)
