====Group Business====

  * HiRA boxes: Jimmy is working on cleaning the parts, should finish next week. Then he'll re-make one and show Bill and Betty
  * Si E's were ordered for the new telescopes, have enough CsI crystals
  * Lab moving: repair 124 by mid-February and moving crane over.  Do we need a crane in 127? After we move in, maybe
  * Discussion on N111, 127 plans
  * N111: miniball display: Shop suggested they have extra I-beams, we could make a table. Bill suggests a table on wheels.
  * 127: Need to remeasure the test chamber, TPC, door to make sure we have enough room

====Computer Committee Update====

  * Moved to ring buffers
  * S800 SpecTcl: moving away from the old multicolor gui
  * S800 Apple computer moving from Data U

====Updates====

  * Dan: Statistics for PV vs. NW within cuts. Meaningful data for single-hit, now moving to multi-hit
  * Zibi: Transverse flow paper for BUU calculations. Will look at energy dependence on efficiency next week
  * Bec: TPC: detector designs, WMU has laser system designed. For Tilak's exp: talking with Jeff Tostevin to fix up TWOFNR
  * Jack: time-stamped files merged for 07038. A few won't merge (<1%) but looking into it.
  * Rachel: t/3He energy spectra, broken up by CsI. Need efficiency.
  * Mike: merger file working, now with new variables total multiplicity, Ecm, missing cuts for H and He
  * Suwat: voltage step-down should be back from shop soon
