  * Lee's experiment scheduled for Nov 8
  * Bob's scheduled for Dec 18
  * Alan: early spring
  * RIKEN: if it happens, probably November
  * Zibi new contact person for Fall experiments (design, work orders, etc)

===Lab Watch + Reorganization===
  * Mike on lab watch: good but cluttered
  * Dan next week
  * Next week we are cleaning up the lab, so lab should be straightened up by TPC students before then
  * Rachel in charge of reorganization

====Bec: Practice Talk for SAMURAI meeting====
  * Bec's talk right after Alan's introductory talk
  * Bill made some suggestions on research proposal, needed hardware components
  * include milestone timeline
