prior to vault access:
  - Set up HiRA lab test setup
  - Test HINP 4 electronics
    * Integrate HINP4 readout code with NSCL DAQ (Kyle)
    * Edit spectcl for HINP 4
    * Pulser test MB1 (14 CBs) 
  - Test CsI shaper/disc
    * Test 5 pico shaper/disc (16 channels each) 
    * Confirm with WU/UCONN if first stage shaper gains need adjustment
  - Alpha Tests of HiRA E's
    * Determine if/which strips are broken
  - Test dE preamp box (e14009)
    * Determine if/which channels are broken
    * Work with WU to integrate ISEG bias
  - Retrieve pallets from offsite storage
  - Set up HiRA mount (outside of chamber) with dummies
    * locate missing pieces
  - Test HiRA target ladder
    * Work with Craig Snow to modify 
  - Test/locate all internal cables with cable tester, remake/fix any lost or broken cables
