Welcome to the JINA nuclear astrophysics course.
This is a course at the advanced undergraduate/beginning graduate student level aimed at both, astrophysics and nuclear physics students. This website contains material for various course modules, including lecture notes, recorded lectures, homework, group exercises, and literature references.
Audiences
Lecturers: The modules can be used to put together a nuclear astrophysics course or to complement your own material for such a course.
Students: The modules can be used for a selfguided nuclear astrophysics course, or specific modules can be picked to learn for yourself about certain topics of interest. We will offer pre-defined sequences of lectures and assignments for various study purposes in the future.
Researchers: Modules and material therein can be assigned to prepare students for research projects.
