CoBo Front Panel

  • 2 Dual VHDCI Connectors (LVDS,LVCMOS3.3V) (compatible cable Amphenol CS-VHDCIMX200-003)
  • 2 Dual LEMO Connectors (LVCMOS 3.3V/TTL 5V) LEMO EPY.00.250.NTN.
  • 1 Micro-USB (USB UART) (compatible cable Molex 0687840001)
  • 4×4 LEDS (X0 LEDs are for Asad0, X1 LEDs are for Asad1, etc)
    • P = Asad Plugged
      • ON: Asad plugged in
      • OFF: No Asad plugged
      • Slow Blink: (configuration dependent?)
      • Fast Blink: ?
    • B = Bad
      • ON: Major error. Typically needs user intervention. Power supply error? unresponsive to slow control or reset.
      • OFF: no errors
      • Slow Blink: Slow control errors e.g. AGET controller busy, etc.
      • Fast Blink: bad data frames.
    • U = CoBo-Asad Uplink activity i.e. from CoBo to Asad
      • ON: ?
      • OFF: no activity
      • Slow Blink: minor traffic
      • Fast Blink: major traffic
    • D = CoBo-Asad Downlink activity i.e. from Asad to CoBo
      • ON: All or 3 Asads sending data
      • OFF: no data from asad
      • Slow Blink: slow control replies
      • Fast Blink: 2 or less Asads sending data
  • 3 MicroTCA LEDS
    • Blue = Hot swap
    • Green = OK
    • Red = Bad

The difference between the two front panels is the arragement of LEMO connectors
