If LEd rates of all channels look normal for this crystal, but the Package rate of one channel is 0, this is likely caused by the FPGA error. Three options to fix this:

1. power cycle the crate
2. in the corresponding terminal, type “< fix”
3. on a2 shell, type “caput CryXX_CS_Fix 1”, replace XX with crystal number
