General group files are kept in the /projects/hira directory. You can make your own directory here to separate your files, and/or add files to one of the existing directories (programs, etc).

Codes of use to several group members can be kept in the /projects/hira/programs directory. Executables should be copied to /projects/hira/bin. Information on some of these codes is below.

Has a zero-range and finite-range options. Finite-range uses the local-energy approximation (LEA). Also has a non-locality option for both entrance and exit channels.

Since the input file is somewhat complicated, there is a front-end program (front) which will generate the TWOFNR input (*.tran) file based on the answers to several questions about the reaction and desired optical potentials.

There are several README files in the program directory - a getting-started guide, annotated input file, and current versions (as well as who to contact to update). There is also a directory for calculations and templates for the front-end input.

In addition to the zero-range and LEA options, this code can do a full/exact finite-range calculation.
