  - MCP
    - mount design: need to standardize the design for both MCP mounts.  Design an Al housing around the MCP detectors.
    - Screws should be the right size to install with non-magnetic allen wrenches.  Also, screws should be of consistent size
    - Switch amplifiers (green)
    - Design better ground: either include in PC board or provide an additional ground plane.
    - update MCP database
  - Target mechanisms
    - Need target ladder in G10 frame shape with non-magnetic heli-coils
    - Need better alignment to the target drive (dowel pin?)
    - use screws that fit to non-magnetic allen wrenches
    - redesign drive, deal with wearing out of brass gear, etc.
    - MCP0 drive needs to take into account the 3mm offset
  - HiRA
    - Need a jig to do quick test of Si detectors
    - Redesign the CsI gold cables
    - Redesign the cable stress release mounts, stand-off on the inspect channel splitter/attenuators
    - Redesign CsI pulser box to allow access to switch and cabling
    - Does the CsI board to what we need?
    - order new chipboards plus spares
    - consider have DE chipboards inside chamber (need power cables)
    - Need more space from detectors to motherboards?
    - Need to build faraday cage in each tower so that cable connections aer not disturbed
    - Fix individual telescopes broken parts, dowel pins, and get spare parts

    - Need more reshapers and 16 channel NIM discriminators

    - Partial bias tests of MCPs and Sis at air before pumping
