e14009 to-do list:

Before e14002

  1. Test dE PA box
    • How many working sets (32 channels) do we have? Need 14 minimum
    • How will the biases get from ISEG to PA tower
  2. Zero degree detector
    • Need to design and build (WU and UCONN)
    • Modify existing HiRA mount to hold detector (Craig Snow + WU/UConn)
  3. Find and test dE cables from e10011
  4. Test dE's?
    • Is there a good/safe way to test these detectors without having to install them in cans?
  5. May replace 1-2 telescopes with HiRA upgrade
    • Design/modify mounting structure to support these detectors
    • Does Alan have separate calibration beams?
    • Test HiRA upgrade CsI (Sean, Pierre)

After 14002

  1. Remove HiRA telescopes and install dE detectors
  2. Install mount for zero degree detector
  3. Install dE PA box
  4. Remount HiRA telescopes and zero degree detector
  5. Set up dE bias –> ISEG
  6. Test dE with alpha source
  • Reduce noise
  1. Retest Si E and CsI electronics with pulsers/cosmics
  2. Alter trigger logic
