Managing Nuclear Data:

* Download the Reduce REACLIB code

* Visit the JINA REACLIB webpage

1. Download the default library
   1. Choose the Reaclib1 format
   2. Choose the Original format (no ch. 9/10/11)
   3. Rename as rawreaclib in the INPUT directory from the Reduce REACLIB download
2. Download the associated nuclide property file winvn_v2.0.dat
   1. Rename as winvn in the INPUT directory from the Reduce REACLIB download

* Compile the Reduce REACLIB code and run

1. Two output files are generated:
   1. netsu
   2. netwinv

* Change the sunet file in the INPUT directory by adding a few nuclide names

1. Re-run the code and observe how the output files have changed
